Well folks, the Pop-Up Caravan came and went and it was AWESOME! When the flood gates opened and all your beautiful, excited faces came rushing in...well, it was nothing less than simply magical. The goods had been staring at me from the floor of my bedroom for about a month, and it was exciting to see them snatched up into the eager arms of their new owners. I won't say it was easy to see them go though...in fact, it was bittersweet to see all the lovely things that we had so carefully collected disappear. I wanted to keep every last thing for myself, but accountant told me you can't run a business like that. C'est la vie.
This was our first backyard shindig and we think it went pretty darn well. A little bit of fluorescent tape and gilded plastic bags make for a fantastic yard sale if we do say so ourselves.
Many many thanks to everyone who was able to make it out. If you couldn't make it over to the Public Inn last Saturday, here are some snap shots of what you missed.
One pop-up down...now we just have to decide where to go next! Follow us to stay updated on where we're going, what we're doing, and who we're meeting along the way.
